1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Viamoxy, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: email address, full name, password credentials in protected form, account identifiers, verification status, role, and account activity.
- Wallet and payment information: wallet balance, deposit amount, currency, payment reference, payment status, refund records, transaction ledger, and gateway response details. Payment-card and bank credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider; Viamoxy does not intentionally store full card numbers or banking passwords.
- Service and order information: selected service, country or platform, order number, quantity, price, phone number supplied by a service provider, order status, SMS delivery status or code where applicable, timestamps, and refund information.
- Merchant/API compliance information: business or merchant details, intended use, website or application details, customer and data-handling answers, consent records, reviewer notes, and documents submitted for compliance review. Compliance documents are stored as private files and are available only to authorized administrators who need them for review and security operations.
- API information: API key metadata, API request activity, order and balance requests, service usage, error records, and account identifiers associated with API activity. API keys must be treated as confidential credentials.
- Support and communications: messages, tickets, attachments, feedback, and correspondence with support or administrators.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, session data, cookies, approximate operational logs, and information needed to detect abuse, fraud, account compromise, or unauthorized access.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, process deposits and refunds, place and monitor orders, deliver services, respond to support requests, review merchant/API applications, and communicate important account or service notices.
We also use information to secure Viamoxy, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reported misconduct, enforce our Terms, maintain reliable provider integrations, reconcile transactions, measure performance, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
3. API Responsible-Use and Misconduct Notice
Viamoxy may allow legitimate businesses and developers to integrate with or resell access to our services, subject to approval, account security, and our Terms. Reselling or integrating the API is not prohibited merely because it is resale or redistribution.
However, you must not use Viamoxy, the API, phone services, SMS services, wallet, or account credentials for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited conduct includes scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, harassment, credential theft, unauthorized access, evasion of security controls, identity abuse, money laundering, or using services to facilitate violations of another person's rights or applicable law.
API keys are issued to identifiable accounts and activity may be linked to the account holder, merchant applicant, technical logs, payment records, and connected application. We may suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, investigate reports, reverse unauthorized transactions where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests when misuse or misconduct is suspected. Do not share an API key in public code or give it to an unknown third party.
4. Compliance and Merchant/API Review
Users requesting merchant or API access may be asked to submit information that helps us understand who is operating the integration, how the services will be used, and how the applicant will protect its customers. Submission does not guarantee approval. We may request clarification, reject an application, suspend access, or require a new review if risk or usage changes.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share the minimum information necessary with providers that help us operate Viamoxy, including payment gateways, phone/SMS service providers, email delivery providers, private file storage, hosting, database, security, analytics, and support infrastructure.
We do not sell personal information as a business. We may disclose information when necessary to protect users or Viamoxy, investigate abuse, enforce our agreements, process a transaction, comply with a valid legal request, or support a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information involved, including authenticated access, server-side authorization, protected sessions, access controls for compliance documents, encrypted connections where supported, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and API key confidential and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Retention
We retain account, payment, order, API, compliance, and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent repeated abuse, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may differ by record type. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it subject to legitimate retention requirements.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies for authenticated sessions and preferences. Some user-interface features, such as a first-use guide, may use browser local storage to remember that a user dismissed or completed the feature. Disabling cookies or clearing local storage may affect functionality but does not delete server-side account records.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification, technical feasibility, security needs, and records we must retain. You may also ask questions about API activity associated with your account or request that an API key be revoked. Deleting information may limit or end access to services that require the information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services, data practices, security controls, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
